Southern Wall Systems, Inc. (SWS) was established in 1993 as a contracting company specializing
in the installation of Exterior Insulated Finish Systems (EIFS) whose primary focus is on the
commercial, industrial and ecclesiastical markets.

A bondable company with limits up to $8,000,000, Southern Wall Systems, Inc. has an average
work force of over 60 people and has increased its services to include gypsum plaster,
whitecoat plaster and Portland cement stucco. Southern Wall Systems, Inc. can also provide
framing and caulking associated with these trades if requested.

Southern Wall Systems, Inc. has completed a wide range of projects including restoration
work, churches, hospitals, detention facilities, shopping centers and high-rise office buildings
in the Southeastern portion of the United States including Georgia, Alabama,
Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida.

Southern Wall Systems is currently a member of the EIFS Industry Members Association
(EIMA); Georgia Lath & Plaster Contractors Association (GLPCA); Georgia Wall and Ceiling
Industries Association (GWCIA); and Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industries (AWCIA).

Benny R. Sims, President
Mr. Sims brings over twenty (20) years of industry experience to Southern Wall Systems, Inc.
He is both a founding board member and prior President of the Georgia Lath
and Plastering Association.

Shane Blackburn, Senior Estimator
Mr. Blackburn has been with Southern Wall Systems, Inc. since it's inception in 1993.
He is responsible for securing work, overseeing all bids and assisting in the
marketing of Southern Wall Systems, Inc.

Jason Whitlock, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Whitlock joined Southern Wall Systems, Inc. in 1998 as a Project Manager. In addition to
managing individual projects, Mr. Whitlock oversees all field operations as well as field personnel
for the Company.
