Key Responsibilities
· Support Superintendents in daily on-site restoration activities.
· Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication among crews, subcontractors, and clients.
· Supervise small crews or project phases under Superintendent guidance.
· Lead toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols.
· Maintain daily logs, progress notes, and contribute to site reporting.
Qualifications
· Education: High school diploma/GED required; technical construction training preferred.
· Experience: 2+ years in construction or field operations. Leadership/crew lead experience preferred.
· Knowledge: Basic understanding of restoration methods and construction processes. Ability to read drawings a plus.
· Skills: Strong communication, safety focus, and leadership potential.
Willingness to travel is a plus.
